Welcome to HANDS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and services provided by Kate Frederick t/a HANDS ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this website and / or ordering any of the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Kate Frederick t/a HANDS offers breathwork coaching and holistic therapy sessions, including access to a members-only area via subscription. Services may be delivered in person or online.

2. Eligibility for Services

Services provided by Kate Frederick t/a HANDS are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. However, individuals under the age of 18 may access breathwork coaching and holistic therapy services with the informed consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Membership and Subscriptions

  • Access to the members-only area requires a paid subscription of £10/month.

  • Subscriptions are managed through Squarespace’s secure payment system.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

4. Client Information and 1:1 Session Notes

  • Clients complete an electronic consultation form prior to 1:1 sessions.

  • Kate Frederick t/a HANDS records 1:1 session notes to monitor progress. These are stored securely and used solely for therapeutic purposes.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Squarespace. Kate Frederick t/a HANDS does not store payment details. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all applicable fees. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Session cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, audios, and videos, is the property of Kate Frederick t/a HANDS and may not be reproduced or downloaded without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The services and information on this website provided by Kate Frederick t/a HANDS are intended to support wellbeing and are offered for educational and recreational purposes, they do not constitute and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you use any of the services provided you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating and assume liability and responsibility of all risk of injury to yourself. Kate Frederick t/a HANDS is not liable or responsible for any losses, injuries or damages resulting from any claims resulting from the use of services provided.

9. Squarespace Services

Kate Frederick t/a HANDS’ website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace may collect data related to your usage of the site, including cookies and analytics. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

10. Changes to These Terms

Kate Frederick t/a HANDS may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
