The Breathing Lounge Welcome Guide

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

This quick and simple guide will help you get started and make the absolute most of your time in The Breathing Lounge.

Take some time to navigate through the charcoal and peach stones on The Breathing Lounge dashboard, where you’ll find everything you need to support you in this restorative space.

Before you begin, please read the Practice Guidelines, Disclaimer & Contraindications to Breathwork, and FAQs to ensure a safe and supportive experience.

I recommend reading How to Breathe for Optimal Health: The Five Foundations of Good Breathing next, to set yourself up for breathing well before you start exploring the breathwork sessions.

You’ll discover a variety of breathwork sessions within the Energy Shift Collection and Mindset Shift Collection, designed to support your emotional, physical and psychological wellbeing.

For the greatest impact, I recommend practicing the same breathwork session daily for 14-21 days. After that, feel free to move on to a new session, returning to previous ones whenever you feel called.

There’s a growing library of science-backed insights and reflections in Guidance, Articles & Reflections to help develop your breathing practice.

When you’re on the go and don’t have time for the deeper breathwork sessions try out the Breathing Stones found on The Breathing Lounge dashboard. They’re accessible tools for guiding you to intentionally regulate your nervous system, enabling immediate energy shifts, any time: use each stone for just one or two minutes at a time for relaxation, focus & clarity or an energy boost, whichever you need. Wherever and whenever you need it.

Let your senses guide you. Be curious. Explore, feel, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

If you have any questions, just reach out.
